The Carseum

Terms of Use

Last updated: 20 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and HJDEDE LOGISTICS LTD, trading as The Carseum ("we", "us"), who run The Carseum. By creating an account you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. Your account

2. Rules for content and behaviour

Don't post, send or share anything that:

Blur other people's number plates where you can.

3. Driving safely

Never use your phone in a way that breaks the law while driving. Features like driving mode, convoy messages, voice notes and Siri are meant to reduce distraction. They don't make it safe or legal to handle your phone while driving. Only interact with the app when it's safe and legal, or let a passenger do it. Meets, convoys and drive routes are organised by users, not by us. You're responsible for driving safely and legally, and for your own car and insurance.

4. Your content

You own what you post. You give us a licence to store, show and share it within The Carseum (and on its shared-link pages) to run the service. This ends when you delete it, except where others have already reshared it in a message, or we must keep it for legal reasons.

5. Garages, reviews and bookings

6. Moderation

We filter banned words, and act on reports. Content reported by several people, or reported as involving a child, can be hidden straight away while we review it. We can remove content, and suspend or delete accounts that break these terms. If you think we got it wrong, contact us and we'll look again.

7. The app

The Carseum is free to use. We're improving it all the time, so features may change or stop. We try to keep it running, but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Maps, directions and ETAs are estimates.

The Carseum name, logo and design belong to us. Don't copy them.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we're not responsible for content posted by users, for what happens at meets, convoys or garages, or for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings & privacy → Delete account.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms. For significant changes we'll tell you in the app. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring claims in your local courts.
